At Setu Fitness Club, we’ve blended the intensity of bootcamp-style training with a mindful approach to fitness.In just 50 minutes, you’ll challenge your body with powerful, functional movements while staying connected to your mind and body. With a small group of 3, you’ll receive the same high-energy, no-excuses atmosphere of a bootcamp, but with personalized attention that ensures your progress. Each class combines bodyweight, resistance, and weight training for a balanced, results-driven experience.
