5K run information
An event dedicated to promoting movement, kindness, and the values of diversity, inclusion, and equality.
HEALTH & SAFETY
AID and Water
STATION
The 5K course WILL NOT have a water station through the course.
One aid and water
station will be located at approximately 150ft to the finish/start line.
Next to the East entrance of the Capitol Building.
We highly suggest that walkers and slower participants consider using a fanny pack that accommodates a water bottle and snacks.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Medical Support
Medical personnel will be available at the start and finish line of the course to cover minor medical issues. There will be a first aid kit available and an aid station manager will have access to immediate E.M.T. and ambulance services if needed.

Toilets
A portable toilet WILL NOT be available. Kindly utilize the bathrooms located at the East building of the Capitol and remember to treat the facilities with respect. We kindly request that you ensure the bathrooms are left clean. Thank you!

If you are still on the course after 2 hours 22 min, you may be asked to continue the run on the sidewalk adjacent to our course.
